Due to the immense demand for other varieties of meats which have been produced, reared and fed in a safe and ethically reliable manner, we have sourced suppliers of the following meats: All produced on environmentally and ethically sound family farms north of Gingin.

Farm Fresh Lamb: $8.90/kg carcase weight

No chemical treatments, no antibiotics and no growth hormones are used on any of these lambs. They are bred and reared on open grazing pastures north of Gingin and are finished on clean home-grown lupins. They offer us year-round consistency and are lean, juicy and tender.The sides of lamb weighing approximately 10kg are cut up and packed into meals for two.

Free Range Chicken: $8.25/kg carcase weight.

These are the old fashioned, big-bodied chickens which weight approx 2kg. Range fed with grain supplements, these chickens are truly free-range and chemical free. They wander over the clean hills of the family farm where they are reared and where they graze the grasses and fossick for grubs.

Free Range Pork: $8.50/kg carcase weight for a minimum of 1/2 a side.

All the pigs are paddock reared and grown on organic pastures. They are nutritionally supplemented by organically grown barley, wheat and lupins. A full side is supplied at $7.50/kg carcase cut and packed.

MIXED PACKS: $8.90/kg carcase weight and costing $300.00.

These consist of a mixture of a side of lamb, roast pork, pork chops, roasting chicken, chicken pieces and beef steaks, roasts, casserole cuts and mince and sausage. You won't receive any of the premium beef steaks in this pack, but you will receive grilling steaks.
